What this site collects.

The short version

This website collects nothing about you unless you choose to fill in one of its forms. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no attempt to work out who you are. If you do send a form, what you wrote is passed on to the church so someone can answer you.

What a form collects

The site has a handful of forms, connecting with the church, planning a visit, a prayer request, a general contact message and a serving enquiry. When you submit one, the information sent is:

• Your name, as you typed it.
• Your email address, where the form asks for one and you give it.
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it. Every phone field on this site is optional.
• What you wrote, the message the prayer request, the topic or interest you picked, and any checkbox you ticked.
• Which form you used and the date and time it was sent.

Every form also contains one hidden field you will never see. It exists to catch automated spam, and it is removed before anything is passed on.

What happens to it

Your submission is sent to the delivery endpoint the church has configured, so that it reaches the right person at See His Face Ministries. From that point it sits in the church’s own systems and the church decides what happens to it.

This website has no database and keeps no copy of what you sent. As with any website, the server that runs it may record ordinary technical details of a request, things like the address the request came from and which page was asked for, in the course of keeping the site working.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It does not store anything in your browser to recognise you later. That is also why there is no cookie banner here, there is nothing to ask you to consent to.

Analytics and advertising

There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracking script installed on this website. Nobody is being followed around the internet because they read about our Sunday service.

Links and embedded content

Some pages link out to other companies, Google Maps for directions, YouTube for messages, Facebook, and Givelify for online giving. Those links are just links. Once you follow one you are on someone else’s website under their rules, not ours. Where a page embeds a video player, that player is provided by that company and may set its own cookies.

Children

The forms on this site are not designed for children to fill in on their own. If a child has sent something and you would like it removed, contact the church and ask.
